Política de Privacidad

PowerPump ("la app") está diseñada para que tus datos se queden en tu dispositivo. No requerimos cuentas, no mostramos anuncios y no usamos analytics ni rastreo de ningún tipo.

Datos guardados en tu dispositivo

Todo lo siguiente se guarda únicamente en tu iPhone (y se sincroniza con tu Apple Watch de dispositivo a dispositivo):

• Historial de entrenamientos, rutinas y sesiones activas
• Registro de comidas, consumo de agua y datos de nutrición
• Registros de peso corporal y datos de progreso
• Rutas GPS de tus carreras, caminatas y deportes al aire libre
• Datos del perfil que introduces (nombre, altura, peso, objetivo, nivel de actividad, deportes que practicas y qué días)
• Tus planes semanales del Coach IA y su historial de revisiones semanales
• Tus conversaciones con el chat del Coach IA
• Las puntuaciones y correcciones del análisis de técnica (nunca el vídeo)
• Ajustes de la app, preferencias de notificaciones e idioma

No tenemos servidores que almacenen esta información y no podemos verla.

Ubicación y rutas

Con tu permiso, PowerPump usa tu ubicación para trazar la ruta y medir la distancia durante carreras, caminatas y deportes al aire libre. Las rutas se guardan solo en tu dispositivo. Cuando usas el planificador de rutas con IA, PowerPump pide indicaciones a pie a Apple Maps (servicio MKDirections de Apple); para ello se envían las coordenadas de inicio y destino a Apple, tratadas bajo la política de privacidad de Apple. Nosotros no recibimos, almacenamos ni compartimos tu ubicación. Puedes revocar el acceso en Ajustes → Privacidad y seguridad → Localización.

Apple Salud (HealthKit)

Con tu permiso, PowerPump lee pasos, energía activa, frecuencia cardíaca, frecuencia cardíaca en reposo, variabilidad de la frecuencia cardíaca, peso corporal y sueño desde Apple Salud, y escribe entrenamientos, nutrición, agua y peso corporal. Los datos de salud se usan solo para mostrar tus estadísticas y tu revisión semanal del coach dentro de la app. Nunca salen de tu dispositivo por parte de PowerPump, nunca se comparten con terceros y nunca se usan para publicidad o marketing.

Coach IA y chat

El Coach IA funciona por completo en tu dispositivo: crea tu plan semanal con el perfil y el historial que ya están en tu iPhone y no hace ninguna petición de red. El chat del coach usa el modelo de lenguaje de Apple que se ejecuta en el propio dispositivo (Apple Intelligence) cuando tu iPhone lo admite; en otros iPhones responde con textos incluidos en la app. Tus preguntas y sus respuestas se procesan y se guardan solo en tu iPhone, funcionan sin conexión y nunca se envían a nosotros ni a ningún servicio de IA de terceros.

Cámara y análisis de técnica

PowerPump usa la cámara solo para escanear códigos de barras y para analizar tu técnica en directo. El análisis usa el framework Vision de Apple en tu dispositivo para leer la posición de tu cuerpo; el análisis en directo nunca se graba. También puedes analizar un vídeo que elijas de tu fototeca: se elige con el selector del sistema, así que PowerPump solo ve ese vídeo y nunca el resto de tu fototeca. El vídeo se copia temporalmente para analizarlo y se borra al cerrar la pantalla; solo se guardan la puntuación y las correcciones. Ninguna foto ni vídeo sale de tu iPhone.

Escáner de código de barras

Cuando escaneas el código de barras de un producto, solo el número del código se consulta en la base de datos pública Open Food Facts para obtener la información nutricional. No se envía ningún dato personal.

Notificaciones

Los recordatorios de entrenamiento, hidratación, comidas, sueño y pesaje son notificaciones locales programadas en tu dispositivo. Ningún dato de notificaciones se envía a ningún sitio.

Menores

PowerPump no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recopilamos deliberadamente información personal de menores.

Tus opciones

• Puedes revocar el acceso a Salud en Ajustes → Privacidad y seguridad → Salud.
• Puedes revocar el acceso a la ubicación y a la cámara en Ajustes → PowerPump.
• Puedes borrar la conversación del chat del coach en cualquier momento desde el propio chat.
• Borrar la app elimina todos los datos guardados en tu dispositivo.

Cambios en esta política

Si cambiamos esta política, actualizaremos la fecha de arriba y publicaremos la nueva versión en esta misma dirección.

Privacy Policy

PowerPump ("the app") is designed so that your data stays on your device. We do not require accounts, we do not run ads, and we do not use analytics or tracking of any kind.

Data stored on your device

All of the following is stored only on your iPhone (and synced to your Apple Watch, device-to-device):

• Workout history, routines, and active sessions
• Food log, water intake, and nutrition data
• Body weight entries and progress data
• GPS routes from your runs, walks, and outdoor sports
• Profile details you enter (name, height, weight, goal, activity level, the sports you practice and on which days)
• Your weekly AI Coach plans and the history of weekly reviews
• Your conversations with the AI Coach chat
• Form check scores and corrections (never the video)
• App settings, notification preferences, and language

We have no servers that store this information, and we cannot see it.

Location & routes

With your permission, PowerPump uses your location to trace your route and measure distance during runs, walks, and outdoor sports. Routes are stored on your device only. When you use the AI route planner, PowerPump asks Apple Maps for walking directions (Apple's MKDirections service); to do this, start and destination coordinates are sent to Apple, handled under Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive, store, or share your location. You can revoke access anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.

Apple Health (HealthKit)

With your permission, PowerPump reads steps, active energy, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, body mass, and sleep from Apple Health, and writes workouts, nutrition, water, and body mass to it. Health data is used only to show your stats and your weekly coach review inside the app. It is never sent off your device by PowerPump, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising or marketing.

AI Coach & chat

The AI Coach runs entirely on your device: it builds your weekly plan from the profile and history already stored on your iPhone and makes no network requests. The coach chat uses Apple's on-device language model (Apple Intelligence) when your iPhone supports it; on other iPhones it answers with text built into the app. Your questions and its answers are processed and stored only on your iPhone, work offline, and are never sent to us or to any third-party AI service.

Camera & form check

PowerPump uses the camera only to scan barcodes and to analyze your exercise form live. The analysis uses Apple's on-device Vision framework to read your body position; live analysis is never recorded. You can also analyze a video you choose from your photo library: it is picked with the system picker, so PowerPump only sees that video and never the rest of your library. The video is copied temporarily for the analysis and deleted when you close the screen; only the score and corrections are saved. No photo or video ever leaves your iPhone.

Barcode scanner

When you scan a product barcode, only the barcode number is looked up in the public Open Food Facts database to fetch nutrition info. No personal data is sent.

Notifications

Workout, hydration, meal, sleep, and weigh-in reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No notification data is sent anywhere.

Children

PowerPump is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

• You can revoke Health access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
• You can revoke location and camera access at any time in Settings → PowerPump.
• You can clear the coach chat conversation at any time from the chat itself.
• Deleting the app deletes all app data stored on your device.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and publish the new version at this same address.
